Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow three business days to pass for us to process your order before dropping it off at the post office. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, your package will be at your doorstep within 1-3 business days. We ship packages from Monday to Thursday before the hours of 5 pm EST. Please allow 7-14 business days for wholesale orders to be processed before they are dropped off at the post office.

Tracking numbers are sent to customers once the order is processed by Chaney's Collection LLC.

All orders are non-refundable and can not be exchanged due to sanitary purposes unless advised otherwise by Chaney's Collection LLC.

We are not responsible for any delays on your package due to inclement weather, holidays, etc.

The customer is responsible for making sure we have the correct shipping address to process your order. Please be sure to include apartment numbers, suite number, and unit numbers. If you input the incorrect address or missing numbers to your address please email chaneyscollection@gmail.com immediately, please be advised this does not guarantee an address change.
Damaged & Returned Packages Policy
If there are any damages once the package arrives at your location you have 2 days after your package has been delivered to contact us directly at chaneyscollection@gmail.com or text us at (516) 715- 4572 with your order number, three clear pictures showing the damages done to the product. Once we have processed the damaged product request a replacement item will be shipped to you. Failing to comply with company guidelines such as emailing us 2 days after your package has been delivered automatically disqualifies you of a replacement item being shipped to you.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.

If your order was shipped and is showing abnormal tracking updates (i.e. only the label was created), email chaneyscollection@gmail.com with your order number so that we can assist with re-processing your shipment.
