FAQ

  • Why haven't I received my package yet even though it's marked delivered ?
    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you haven't received it, you must address this concern with USPS by creating a claim. Chaney's Collection LLC is not responsible for packages that are delivered and will not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
  • My package arrived melted, what should I do ?
    If the products arrived melts or melts while in the customers care, it is highly recommended to place the products into the refrigerator. This does not mess up the product in anyway it just cools the product, in warm/hot weather our products (body butters, foaming body scrub etc) have a high chance of melting due to our ingredients being natural and free of harden ingredients like beeswax to keep the butters hard.
  • Do we ship internationally ?
    Yes! we ship worldwide. Please be advised international shipping takes longer than domestic shipping and that free shipping is not offered at this time.
  • What to do if I received the wrong item?
    If you receive the wrong item in your package, first off we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. Please be advised you have 5 days from when your package is marked delivered by USPS to notify us that your package includes the wrong items. You can notify us by emailing us at chaneyscollection@gmail.com or texting us at (516) 715-4572 with your order number and two clear photos of the incorrect item. After these 5 days, if we aren't notified we are unable to process an exchange due to failing to comply with company policy.
  • Need to cancel my order!
    Customers are allowed to cancel their order as long as they haven't received a tracking number from Chaney's Collection LLC. We take three days to process your order before dropping it off to USPS for them to deliver it at your doorstep, we ask to request an order cancel within those three days. Once a tracking number is sent to your provided email address, we are unable to process a cancellation due to your package already heading your way. How to request your order to be cancelled : Email or text us at chaneyscollection@gmail.com or (516) 715- 4572 with your order number and we will begin processing your cancellation
  • Can I return or exchange a sale item ?
    We do not accept returns or exchange for sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Do you ship to Post Office Boxes ?
    No we do not
